Head south-west. Pass through Sbeitla and visit its remarkable Roman archaeological site. Continue through Gafsa to mountain-framed Tamerza. Overnight in Tamerza.
Discover Tozeur and Nefta, then the desert scenery of Ong Jmal and locations used as sets for film productions, including Star Wars. Overnight in Tozeur.
Cross southern Tunisia to Douz, the gateway to the desert. Continue to Ksar Ghilane and discover its Saharan oasis. Overnight on the edge of the desert.
Explore Tataouine, the Berber villages of Chenini and Douiret, and the troglodyte dwellings of Matmata. Overnight in Matmata.
Travel to El Jem and visit its famous Roman amphitheatre. Continue to Monastir and Hammamet. Overnight in Hammamet.
Return towards Tunis along the coast. Explore Carthage and the Tunisian shoreline before the tour ends in Tunis.

Northern Tunisia 4×4 Tour – 1 Day
Depart Tunis at 9:00 a.m. for a day by 4x4 via Bizerte and Cap Angela, with scenic viewpoints and photo stops. Return to Tunis in the evening.

A one-day, approximately 160 km ride from Tunis through Jebel Ressas, Zaghouan and the Berber village of Zriba El Olia on a CFMOTO 450MT.
