Terms and Conditions

These terms govern requests, reservations and participation in tours, events and experiences offered by MS Events under the Tunisia Moto Ride brand.

1. Organiser identity

The Tunisia Moto Ride website is operated by MS Events, an organiser established in Tunis, Tunisia. Tunisia Moto Ride is the brand used to present motorcycle tours, 4×4 adventures, events and custom tour requests.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to every request or reservation sent to MS Events through the website, by email, by telephone or through another channel confirmed by the organiser. Before submitting a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted them.

Specific conditions communicated for an individual experience prevail only on the matters they expressly cover. Any mandatory consumer protection remains unaffected.

3. Services offered

MS Events offers guided tours, motorcycle or 4×4 events and custom experiences in Tunisia. The contractual content comprises the experience page, selected participation and date options, included and excluded services, and the written confirmation sent to the customer.

Photographs, videos, maps and editorial descriptions illustrate the experience. The itinerary, order of stages or certain providers may be adapted when required by safety, weather, road or track conditions, an administrative decision or local circumstances, without unnecessarily changing the essential nature of the service.

4. Reservation request and confirmation

Submitting a form is a reservation request, not automatic acceptance. A reservation becomes firm after availability has been checked, required information validated, the requested payment received and MS Events has sent written confirmation.

The customer must provide accurate, complete and current information for every participant. The experience name, date, participation option, currency and displayed amounts must be checked before submission. A custom tour request remains subject to study until a proposal is issued and accepted.

MS Events may refuse or suspend an incomplete, inconsistent or unavailable request, or one whose payment cannot be matched to the reservation.

5. Prices, currencies and payment

The applicable price is the price confirmed for the selected experience, participation option and currency. Depending on the offer, the displayed amounts identify the total, required deposit and remaining balance. Where conversion is offered, the final amount confirmed in the selected currency governs the request.

Payment is made offline by bank transfer to the official account supplied by MS Events. Bank or exchange fees charged by the customer’s bank remain payable by the customer. An uploaded receipt enables the transfer to be checked but does not, by itself, confirm the reservation.

The deposit percentage, due date and balance terms are those shown in the reservation summary or confirmation. The requested reference must be used so that the payment can be identified.

6. Participation requirements

Each participant must have the physical capacity, riding experience and authorisations appropriate to the chosen activity. Participants must comply with safety instructions, traffic rules, guide directions and decisions taken to protect the group.

For driving experiences, the participant must hold a licence valid for the vehicle used and, where required, the vehicle documents, insurance and circulation authorisations. Passports, visas, health formalities and travel or repatriation insurance are the participant’s responsibility unless expressly included.

Required protective equipment must be worn. MS Events may exclude a person from a stage, without refunding services already committed, where their conduct, equipment, apparent health or driving puts them, the group or third parties at risk.

7. Health, insurance and inherent risks

Motorcycling, off-road driving and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants must confidentially disclose health information relevant to their safety and ensure that they are fit to participate. This disclosure is not a substitute for medical advice.

Unless the offer states otherwise, personal, travel, cancellation, repatriation, vehicle damage and participant liability insurance are not included. Customers must check the scope, territorial exclusions and validity of their cover before departure.

8. Changes or cancellation by the customer

Any change or cancellation request must be sent in writing to Info@tunisiamotoride.com and takes effect when received by MS Events.

The financial conditions are those communicated with the offer or experience confirmation. They take account of services already reserved, non-recoverable third-party costs and the time remaining before departure. No different scale is applied unless it was communicated to the customer. Mandatory rights remain protected.

Replacing a participant requires prior approval from MS Events, compatible documents and insurance, and payment of costs actually incurred.

9. Changes or cancellation by MS Events

MS Events may change a stage, schedule, accommodation, vehicle or service where necessary for safety or proper performance. A reasonably comparable solution will be sought where possible.

If an experience cannot be maintained before departure, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the options applicable to the booking, which may include postponement, a replacement service or treatment of sums paid according to the circumstances and applicable law.

MS Events is not liable for failure caused by an unforeseeable or unavoidable event outside its reasonable control, including a natural disaster, dangerous weather, road closure, authority decision, civil disturbance, epidemic, transport interruption or widespread network failure. The organiser remains responsible for informing the customer and reasonably limiting the consequences.

10. Liability and service providers

MS Events is responsible for performing the services it confirms within the limits provided by law. Customers remain responsible for their conduct, offences, personal belongings and damage caused by their actions or failure to follow instructions.

Carriers, hotels, rental companies, insurers and other partners perform their own services under their rules and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or a consumer’s mandatory rights.

11. Intellectual property and images

Website text, photographs, videos, trademarks and graphics are protected. Reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission. Participation does not automatically authorise commercial use of a person’s image; identifiable use is managed according to consent and applicable law.

12. Personal data

Data collected to process requests and support participant safety is handled under the Tunisia Moto Ride Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Any difficulty should be reported promptly to the team during the experience so that a solution can be sought. Afterwards, a reasoned complaint may be sent to Info@tunisiamotoride.com with the relevant references and evidence. MS Events aims to reply within a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, including the rules applicable to contractual obligations, electronic transactions and consumer protection. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of any mandatory jurisdiction or protection applicable to them.
